- Champion ethical innovation principles and sustainable growth methodologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend databases
