Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking strategic frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) for commercial viability
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners and thought leaders
- Design resilience protocols for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Present strategic vision at global conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide future-conscious culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent expertise
