- Oversee the Future Technologies Lab budget and resource allocation for experimental projects

- Mentor junior strategists in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile/rapid prototyping environments
