Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify disruptive innovation opportunities and build business cases for strategic investments
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic impact and ROI of technology initiatives
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
