Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to integrate innovations
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
- Manage external partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Drive ethical framework development for AI and automation systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio, AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Experience with patent strategy and IP commercialization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
