Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, AI governance frameworks)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and labs for emerging tech R&D
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact analysis
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry standards
- Mentor technical talent in future-proof skill development
Qualifications
- 15+ years tech strategy experience with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience managing global teams across 3+ time zones
