Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 strategic horizon.
- Conduct in-depth research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current products.
- Predict market shifts and propose innovative product adaptations to stay ahead of the competition.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on next-generation software architecture.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product strategy, R&D, or technical consulting.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure trends.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term planning.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex tech concepts for stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
