Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing applications
- Identify emerging tech disruptors and commercialization opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for AI/automation workforce transformation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning tools like Palisade @Risk
