- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align innovation priorities with business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technological shifts and market disruptions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders

- Build and nurture relationships with academic institutions, venture capital firms, and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
