- Mentor 15+ engineers and data scientists while fostering a culture of ethical innovation
- Present futuristic prototypes to Fortune 500 clients and industry conferences
- Drive patent development for proprietary 2026-era technologies
- Oversee P&L for innovation labs with $12M annual budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech architecture
- Published research or patents in IEEE Nature or top-tier journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Strong network with Austin's tech VC and accelerator communities
- MBA or MS in Computer Science/Engineering from top-tier institution
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies
