The Opportunity:
As the Future Strategy Lead, you will lead our 2026 Initiative, a cross-functional team dedicated to identifying disruptive technologies and integrating them into our core product lines. This is not a typical planning role; it requires a blend of foresight, technical literacy, and executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the company’s strategic trajectory for 2026, including market expansion, product evolution, and technological adoption.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to forecast their impact on our business.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex future scenarios to the C-Suite and Board of Directors to secure buy-in for bold strategic pivots.

Qualifications
