Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and articulate a comprehensive long-term strategic plan that aligns with the company’s mission and market opportunities.
- Roadmap Development: Develop detailed roadmaps for key business units, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve 2026 milestones.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous analysis of global trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to anticipate future disruptions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and secure buy-in for future initiatives.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and prototype disruptive technologies and business models that will position the company as a market leader.
- Performance Analytics: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust course as necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field required; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to execution.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
