Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global strategy framework integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for 3-5 year market disruptions
- Direct $50M+ innovation portfolio across 7 emerging verticals
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 100 C-suite executives
- Present future vision to Board of Directors and investors quarterly
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Nexus Academy program
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Proven track record of launching future-defining products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Harvard MBA or equivalent from top-tier global institution
- Published thought leadership in HBR, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for APAC/LATAM expansion
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Computational Science
