Responsibilities

- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports synthesizing weak signals from 200+ data sources
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning R&D investments with future market realities
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentain a 'Future Radar' dashboard tracking 50+ emerging technologies and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record translating future insights into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, AI trend analysis)
