- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Build and lead a dedicated futurism task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of executing long-term roadmaps (5+ years)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Scenario Planning preferred
- Exceptional data literacy and predictive modeling skills
- Experience presenting to executive audiences in Fortune 500 environments
