Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning business objectives with emerging workforce trends.
- Analyze macro-economic and technological shifts (AI, automation, remote work) to predict future workforce needs and skill gaps.
- Design and implement organizational structures that foster agility, inclusivity, and high performance in a decentralized world.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic foresight into core business decision-making processes.

Qualifications
