Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging sectors (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Lead cross-functional ideation sprints with C-suite executives and academic partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for enterprise transformation
- Present strategic blueprints to investors and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and sustainable innovation
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- PhD or Master's in relevant field (Strategy, Engineering, or Business)
