Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain cloud-based solutions including AWS and Azure environments
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response
- Document technical processes and create comprehensive knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Maintain 99.9% system uptime through proactive monitoring and maintenance
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
- Strong scripting abilities (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotations
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
