Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Assist with network troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Document IT incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Install and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals

- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
