Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of 8+ engineers in full-cycle development of cloud-native applications
- Architect scalable solutions using AWS/GCP with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for enterprise deployments
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and automated validation
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Node.js)
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) with Terraform/CloudFormation
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level applications on schedule
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
