Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and phone triage
- Maintain accurate patient records and electronic health documentation
- Coordinate office communications and relay critical messages to clinical staff
- Process payments and verify insurance information
- Prepare daily reports and manage office supply inventory
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality protocols
- Support administrative projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional demeanor with conflict resolution experience
