Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, and optimize executive time management
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and board materials with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee special projects and cross-departmental initiatives
- Manage budget tracking and expense reporting processes
- Coordinate high-level meetings and executive offsites
- Implement office efficiency improvements and workflow optimizations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive support experience at C-suite level
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience managing complex calendars and international logistics
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Proactive problem-solving with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
