Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management, scheduling complex multi-departmental meetings and travel arrangements
- Compose and edit confidential communications, presentations, and strategic documents
- Act as primary liaison between executive team and internal departments/external stakeholders
- Manage expense reports, budget tracking, and vendor relationship coordination
- Coordinate board meetings, offsite retreats, and corporate events
- Lead special projects including market research and competitive analysis initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years executive support experience at C-suite level
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and executive collaboration tools
- Exceptional discretion handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Financial services industry experience strongly preferred
