Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritizing conflicting demands and optimizing time allocation
- Coordinate high-level domestic/international travel with meticulous attention to detail and budget compliance
- Prepare confidential board materials, executive reports, and strategic presentations
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Lead special projects including cross-departmental initiatives and process improvements
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for executive departments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of C-suite executive support experience in corporate/tech environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished executive presence
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Strategic problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
- Project management certification or equivalent experience preferred
