Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and strategic meeting coordination across global time zones
- Complex travel arrangements and expense reporting with meticulous attention to detail
- Board meeting preparation, minute-taking, and confidential document management
- Project coordination for cross-functional initiatives including budget tracking
- Executive communication management including correspondence filtering and priority triage
- CRM and database maintenance with Salesforce proficiency
- Office operations oversight including vendor relationships and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years experience supporting C-suite executives in corporate or nonprofit environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional discretion with handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated budget tracking experience
