Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify process improvements and enhance the user experience.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and explain service offerings clearly.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Manage high-volume incoming requests with a focus on quality and speed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening shifts.
- A positive attitude, high level of integrity, and a genuine desire to help others.
- No prior customer service experience required; we provide the training.
