Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to promote our clients' products and services through face-to-face and digital interactions.
- Sales Execution: Demonstrate products, conduct product presentations, and close sales to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the regional management team to strategize on sales approaches and share best practices with peers.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; however, any customer service or retail experience is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Drive: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and earn a competitive income.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, professional, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
