Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities in the Fresno area.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Present company products and services to new clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of market needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to refine sales techniques.
- Assist in organizing and attending local community events to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
