Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and assess the needs of clients to provide exceptional customer service and solutions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and improve client retention.
- Document all client interactions and account information accurately in our CRM system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client engagement programs.
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
