Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients and decision-makers.
- Research and qualify leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred (not required for immediate hire).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
