Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 Technical Support: Assist customers with hardware and software issues via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve common connectivity, printer, and operating system problems efficiently.
- Customer Communication: Deliver exceptional service by explaining technical solutions in clear, non-technical language.
- Documentation: Accurately log support tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior technicians to escalate complex issues and learn best practices.
- Training Compliance: Actively participate in all training modules to meet certification standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior technical experience necessary; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Windows/Mac) and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
