Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office IT infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with users to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new software solutions and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to ensure maximum uptime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
