Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of technical incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system uptime and user experience.
- Conduct routine hardware audits and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems and hardware components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
