Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions for automotive applications.
- Lead architecture reviews and code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and security.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering (preferably in the automotive or fintech sectors).
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java (or equivalent).
- Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
