Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ employees across multiple locations
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and on-premise servers
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including VPNs and firewalls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy enterprise software solutions
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Lead system upgrades and migration projects during off-hours
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technical training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise IT support with cloud exposure
- Expertise in Active Directory, Windows Server 2019+, and Linux administration
- Certified CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Proven experience with ITIL incident/problem management
- Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for critical deployments
