Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Document all technical incidents, requests, and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new employee workstations and networks.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to ensure smooth IT operations and system maintenance.
- Conduct basic network audits and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
