Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document all support tickets and solutions in company CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical escalations
- Conduct routine system maintenance and security updates
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Assist with network monitoring and basic infrastructure tasks
Qualifications
