Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software systems across 100+ workstations
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection management
- Create and maintain IT documentation including SOPs and inventory logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and migrations
- Support office AV equipment and video conferencing systems
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
