Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide high-quality solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to identify new growth opportunities.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets to drive team success.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
