Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of customer data to identify trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Reliable transportation to the Columbus office.
