Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist clients in navigating our software platform and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Document customer feedback and technical issues to help improve our product offerings.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex problems.
- Conduct remote training sessions for new clients to ensure product adoption.
- Update customer records in the CRM database accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote hybrid).
