Responsibilities
- Manage daily client interactions via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide technical support.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Document all client interactions and feedback to help improve our service delivery and product offerings.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members and participate in weekly training sessions.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polite demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, urgent work environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
