Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction ratings.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our internal database.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest product or service improvements.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets for call handling and sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency (35+ wpm).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
