Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer emails and phone calls regarding products and services with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process Orders: Accurately enter and process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction history.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to ensure operational smoothness during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
