Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a superior level of service.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory organization and store restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
- Handle returns and exchanges while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
