Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients.
- Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical escalations.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and empathetic demeanor during high-pressure situations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or help desk operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
