- Provide product and service information to clients effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
