- Answer incoming phone calls and emails to provide accurate information.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Update and maintain customer records in our database systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist in training new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
