Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers in navigating products and services to find the best solutions for their needs.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop and implement process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Resolve escalated complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
