Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executive team
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement
- Support event planning and logistical arrangements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative experience or internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
